What size dog are Nunbell Connectables suitable for?
Dogs ranging from 3kg through to 35kg are the ideal range to be able to break the Nunbell Connectables connections apart.
Will I be charged customs fees?
You will be responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with state and federal government import regulations. Our terms of sale to our customers in the USA are DDP - Delivered Duty Paid. That is to say, the amount paid by you is fully inclusive of delivery to the specified delivery address and all duties, taxes and customs clearance fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
There are different ways you can choose to pay on our website. We support Credit/Debit Card, PayPal.
Do you accept international orders?
Unlike most stores, we are proud to serve tough dogs around the world. We ship all over the world and you can get more details on our shipping policy here.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes because our delivery partner requires a physical address.
Why my payment is declined?
Firstly, check the card details to make sure the information is correct. e.g. the expiry date or your billing address. (Common problems including incorrectly spelled name)
Secondly, make sure you enter the security code correctly (the three-digit numbers on the back of your card).
Lastly, your card issuer may have declined your payment. Please contact the card issuing bank.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, simply contact us with the appropriate information and order number right away. We'll be glad to help you out. Most orders are shipped out within a few hours so it may be too late to cancel the order, BUT we'll work out a solution for you.
Where's my order?
To check on where your order is, you can track the package with the provided tracking number that was sent via email. If you don’t see the email, try checking your email's Junk Mail folder.
Why it shows that my tracking number is invalid?
If there is a tracking number, it means that the parcel has been shipped out. Please allow some time for the courier to update the latest tracking info after reaching next station.
Why was my package returned?
There are multiple possible reasons:
1. Wrong or incomplete address
2. Invalid phone number
3. Unable to deliver
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as the returns are received at our warehouse, they will be automatically refunded within 5 business days (from the day we receive your return parcel) to the method of payment used for the order.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when the item has been refunded.
